About Yellow Dog Design
At Yellow Dog Design we are proud to say that our products are made
in the USA under our own roof in Greensboro, North Carolina. All our
designs are created with pets in mind by designer/owner Pat
Cockrell. With an eye for trends and years of experience creating
top selling designs for the gift and home accents market. Pat is
dedicated to keeping the line fresh and exciting and full of hot
sellers! From design to print and sewing - we oversee every step to
ensure that you receive the finest quality product. We are committed
to making the world a better place, trying each year to make our
facility green. We recycle the paper used in our offices as well as
what is used in our transfer process and have made efforts to reduce
our energy process.
About our products
Our products are made of 100% dye-sublimated durable polyester,
colorfast and machine washable. Our designs are printed with a
special heat transfer process onto a heavy braid - its not ribbon or
fabric sewn onto webbing that can easily fray.
Our Guarantee
Our products are fully guaranteed against any manufacturing defects.
Any defective product can be returned and will be promptly replaced.
Just call us, and we will guide you through the process.
Holiday Exchange Policy
We are proud to offer a unique exchange policyon Holiday & Seasonal
items giving you a risk free advantage to stocking your shelves
during the holiday season.
How it works & criteria that must be met:
• Items must be ordered and available in your store a minimum of 30
days before the holiday.
• You have up to 30 days after the holiday to send that holiday’s
returns in.
• Catalog your returns and send them to Yellow
• A small restocking fee applies
• Credit will only be given for items that are clean and free of
damage and wear.
ORDERS
FIRST ORDER - $100.00 Minimum, No Minimum on Reorders. Products do
not have to be ordered in any set pre packs, all products can be
ordered in singles.

SHIPPING
We generally ship in 5 to 7 days or less and ship via UPS. Please
allow more time after a trade show or before the busy holiday
season.
STARTER KIT DISPLAYS
Get started with a Yellow Dog Design Starter Kit! Starter kits
provide a simple and easy way to introduce your customers to our
products. Simply choose 15 of your favorite designs, or start with
our 15 top sellers - and we will do the rest! With the Starter kit
you receive 15 collars of each size (Extra Small, Small, Medium and
Large), 15 leads (one of each design) a floor display and signage.
